Dr. David Cohen
David's passion is about aligning company people practices with the company culture and the Company's strategic business plan.

His work continue to link the people side of Business with the strategic business plan making. The people initiatives business activities that produce results through increased: Customer service, safety, quality, productivity and profitability.

His ideas are often counter to some of the leading academic viewpoints and have earned him a reputation as the “Contrarian Consultant".

His clients have found that the implementation of his ideas has made a significant positive difference. Much of his current focus is with executive teams and facilitating conversations that bring clarity to the values through the articulation of Behavioural statement. He continues to work on the implementation of integrating talent management systems in the areas of Behavioural Interviewing, Performance Management, Employee and Leadership Development, Succession Planning etc.

He believes that by facilitating a dialogue the process leads to a shared understanding that yields an increase in commitment to action and accomplishment of results.

Over the past 23 years in corporate consulting he has acquired significant industry experience. With a strong bias towards results, he has consulted with many fortune 100 companies.

David is the founder of Strategic Action Group Ltd -(euphoria’s collaboration partner) and today he is a principal consultant with them.

He continues to work with companies throughout Europe, North America, The Caribbean, Africa, India and Southeast Asia.

He teaches in the Executive Education Program at Schulich School of Business. He is a frequent speaker at various international conferences and events. He also speaks at corporate events as a keynote speaker. He is the author of numerous articles as well as the:

"The Talent Edge” published by Wiley and Sons in 2001 Inside the Box: Leading With Corporate Values to Drive Sustained Business Success” Published by Jossey- ‐Bass in September, 2006.
In February of 2009 David received from the World HRD Congress. in Mumbai, India their award for Leadership In HRD.
